I led the conceptualization and execution of a comprehensive series of infographics for CompTIA's Explore Careers web pages. The goal was to transform dense, text-heavy career data into a visually engaging and easily digestible narrative for aspiring tech professionals.
Strategic Journey Integration
I mapped the user journey to pinpoint the critical moments where prospective professionals shift from exploration to decision-making. Each infographic was then strategically designed as a narrative bridge, translating data into a clear story that guides users toward an informed and confident next step with CompTIA's certification programs.
Data Synthesis & Information Architecture
In partnership with the research team, I led the information architecture for this initiative. My role was to synthesize complex datasets into a focused narrative, including job outlook projections, salary distributions, and employer hiring data. We rigorously prioritized the critical data points in a user's decision-making process, forming the logical and persuasive backbone of each infographic's story.
Scalable Design System & Creative Direction
I provided the creative direction and the scalable infographic system grounded in UX principles. This involved establishing a cohesive visual language that doesn't distract from the webpage to ensure immediate comprehension. The final modular design ensured strict brand consistency and efficiently deployed 66 unique infographics on desktop and mobile across the career platform.
