Compose Yourself

For this project, students drew themselves in an interior space using angling and measuring techniques to make these as accurate as possible. By working exclusively from life, nothing is invented or drawn from photographs. The spatial relationship between the subject and the space in which the student exists is defined. This observation drawing generates a likeness from the illusion of depth with themselves as a form, occupying an interior.
